Framework agreement for advance processing of wireline log data services

The contract is a non exclusive framework agreement with economic operator(s) to provide advance processing of wireline log data to support shale gas reservoir evaluation and associated services required for company's shale gas program in Poland. Economic operators must be in a position to provide the services as and when required by company.
Call-offs against the framework will be issued to the provider with the most economically advantageous framework agreement and company will use the same award criteria as stated in the framework agreement invitation to tender.
Only where the terms laid down in the framework agreement are not complete enough for a particular call off, will company hold a mini competition with all the providers awarded a framework agreement and capable of meeting the particular need against the terms and conditions of the agreed framework agreement.
The advance processing of Wireline Log Data framework agreement may include either or all the requirements below, as one single framework agreement or separate framework agreements that might be awarded to different economic operators. preference will be given to economic operators who can provide the most from the list of services below.

Processing to be designed to enhance primary objectives of the surveys, in conjunction with other datasets (such as wireline logs):a) Establishing time versus depth relationship over the full depth of the surveyb) Produce corridor stack, to tie with the surface seismic and provide estimate of Q.c) Vertical Transverse Isotropy (VTI) parameter estimation of the overburden and reservoir sectionsd) Characterisation of Amplitude versus Angle (AVA) response at the reservoir sectione) High resolution 2D imaging of target section.Company will only consider operators with the technical ability and demonstrated experience necessary to provide Advance Processing of Wireline Log Data services in Poland. Economic operators must be in a position to provide the services as and when required by Chevron Polska and must be able to begin work on no later than February 2012.
