The object of the contract is provision of training services including preparation and conducting a specialized training 'Community coordination in regard to pensions and disability pensions in the European Union. Determination of eligibility and calculation of the level of pension and disability pensions for the individuals with their place of residence in Poland or in other EU Member States, who in addition to Polish insurance periods also have the insurance periods acquired in other EU Member States, and with the insurance acquired exclusively in the EU Members States other than Poland' within the implementation of PL0435 technical assistance project 'Strengthening the administrative and institutional capacities of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority in proper implementation of Community legilsation relating to the financial market' co-financed from the funds of the Norwegian Financial Mechanism. The Polish Financial Supervision Authority is the beneficiary of the project.
The Contractor shall prepare and conduct a 1-day specialized training entitled 'EC coordination of old-age and disability pensions in the European Union. Determination of entitlements and calculation of old-age and disability pensions to persons residing in Poland or in other Member States, having insurance periods completed in other Member States in addition to the Polish ones as well as insured only in Members States other than Poland'.
