Framework Agreement for the provision of Diesel Fuel Services in Poland

The contract is a non exclusive Framework Agreement with Contractor(s) for the provision of Diesel Fuel Services to support Chevron Polska Energy Resources Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as 'Company') for land based exploration and production activities in Poland.
Company's preferred outcome would be to award framework agreement(s) to Contractor(s) who are capable of delivering the required services.
Call-offs against the Framework Agreement will be issued to the Contractor(s) offering the most economically advantageous offer.
Only when the terms laid down in the framework agreement are not complete enough for a particular call-off, will Company hold a mini competition with all the providers that have been awarded a framework agreement and are capable of meeting the particular need against the terms and conditions of the framework agreement.

Company intends to invite Contractor(s) who must be able to provide Diesel Fuel Services, which is an integral part of Company's ongoing Natural Gas from Shale exploration efforts.Contractor shall be able to provide, but not limited to the following services:1) Diesel fuel for a drilling rig at Company locations during operations for drilling exploration wells in the Lublin Basin area in Poland. Three drilling campaigs of approximately 90 days each are expected based on current plans.2) Contractor shall provide the Company with diesel fuel and transportation logistics services for shipment of product to drilling rig locations within Poland as and when requested by Company.3) Diesel fuel shall meet or exceed the requirements outlined in applicable Company, Poland, and European Union standards:4) Sufficient diesel fuel quantity to ensure the daily drilling rig consumption demand is met (which is estimated at 10 000 liters per day). The drilling rig storage capacity is estimated at 100 000 liters.

Prequalification questionnnaire and subsequent follow up checks will be issued to ascertain economic operators' capability in the following areas:
