Gdynia Container Terminal S.A.

1. Safe Working Load under the spreader (SWL) minimum Q = 41 t.
2. Crane powered by electricity from the power cable reel system (15 KV ±15 %, 3 phase, 50 Hz ±2 %,).
3. Auxiliary diesel genset (on each crane, installed permanently, providing easy access and connection) which allows:
— Passage of the crane to a different parallel sector of the container yard,
— Emergency moves with the hoist or trolley or gantry during e.g. main power failure.
4. Auxiliary connection (socket) connecting to the transformer set LV side in the electric circuit for connecting auxiliary/emergency power with selector switch (choosing basic shore power / power from auxiliary connection).
5. Wheels dimension 21.00-25.
6. Equipped in automatic steering for the gantry move based on the laser sensors technology.
7. A spreader capable to handle ISO 20', 30', 40', 45' containers.
8. Storage height: 6 containers + 1 handling level.
9. Storage width: 6 container rows + 1 additional handling line for vehicles.
10. Working conditions with the wind of: 7,5 Beaufort scale.
11. Max load per wheel 38 t – critical condition.
12. Audio system, which consists of a speaker located outside the cabin and of a microphone located inside the operator's cabin.
13. Warning sensors which stop the gantry unit in front of an obstacle (including obstacles on gantry wheels level).
14. Rewindable shore power cable.
15. Robust tyre guards shall be provided on all wheels.
16. CMS remote station (software), with provision interfacing with existing RCMS system.
17. Cabin equipped in wipers and air conditioning.
18. Stationary heating.
19. Spreader levelling control (trim/list/skew system).
20. Computer software, driver, maintenance and operating programs and any visualization programs translated into Polish.
21. All manuals and documents connected with the object of the Order translated into Polish.
22. Possibility for hoisting/lowering of the spreader while driving the trolley.
23. All electrical, hydraulic, mechanical systems, devices must be adapted to the climatic conditions prevailing at the Purchaser's location.
24. Floodlights, Walkways, Stairs, Ladders, Cab lighting systems, based on LED technology (as an OPTION not included in the basic price, with technical specification)
25. Ladders or stairs on the second leg of the Crane to the top of the crane (second emergency way from the cabin to the ground).
26. Operating rated speeds:
— Gantry travel speed (90 m/min),
— Trolley speed (70 m/min),
— Hoisting/lowering speed:
– with rated load (25 m/min),
– with empty spreader (60 m/min).

This tender procedure is executed on the basis of the ‘Gdynia Container Terminal's conditions for conducting written tenders for the investment project ‘Stage III of the construction of GCT Container Terminal in Port Gdynia – building infrastructure and purchase of equipment’ determined by the resolution of the Management Board of Gdynia Container Terminal S.A. no. 1/18/2012 from 19.10.2012 available on Purchaser's site: http://www.gct.pl/en/terminal/tenders/tenders-in-2014 The offer must be written in Polish (one copy) and English (one copy), under the terms of this DOC, should have the written form (additionally the offer: one in Polish and one in English language must be delivered on cd/dvd disk together in .pdf file) and size not larger than A4 size. Larger sheets shall be folded to A4 format. Documents written in a foreign language shall be submitted in the original or a copy, together with a translation into Polish, certified by the Contractor.

Warunki uczestnictwa
Zdolność do prowadzenia działalności zawodowej:

Written statements (according to the attachments 2 and 3 from DOC), that:

— It accepts all the conditions set out in these Detailed Order Conditions;

— It is entitled to act in legal transactions, in accordance with applicable law;

— It has necessary powers to perform the contract;

— It has necessary knowledge and experience to perform the contract;

— It represents financial position that ensures the performance of the contract;

— No bankruptcy proceedings are instigated against it, nor its bankruptcy has been declared or has been put under liquidation.

— It is in no arrears in making payments under public or legal title;

— Has the third party liability insurance covering the area of the activity;

— Has no connection with the GCT (as Purchaser) regarding the dependency and or domination under the

provisions of the Commercial Companies Code,

— Agrees that the Purchaser can check the submitted information in the statements.

Sytuacja gospodarcza i finansowa:

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met:

1. Paid-up policy, in case of her lack other document confirming that the contractor is insured against civil liability in respect of their activities related to the contract, in the amount of not less than 6 000 000,00 EUR (six million euro)

2. Information from bank (certificate), in which the Contractor has a basic bank account, issued not earlier than three months before the deadline for submission of offers, confirming that the contractor has a financial position or a credit capacity in the amount of not less than 4 500 000,00 EUR .

Zdolności techniczne i zawodowe:

The Purchaser deems this condition to be fulfilled if the Contractor demonstrates that:

a. He made in the last year before the deadline for submission of offers, or if the period of activity is shorter – in this period – two deliveries corresponding to the object of the contract, i.e., delivery of at least two units of electrical RTG cranes.

Realizacja zamówienia
Wymagane depozyty i gwarancje:

1. The tenderer entering into the procedure shall pay a deposit 150 000,00 EUR (one hundred fifty thousand euro).

2. The contractor will provide a warranty for Equipment for a minimum of 24 months from the Final Acceptance Certificate.

3. The contractor whose tender is accepted, shall provide a performance bond for 10 % of the gross price stated in the offer.

The contract may be awarded to contractors who meet the conditions for participation in the tender procedure, in particular on the economic and financial position to perform the contract – Purchaser considers this condition to be satisfied if the contractor has liability insurance in respect of their activities related to the contract, for the amount not less than 6 000 000,00 EUR (six million euro) and have the financial resources or the credit rating of not less than 4 500 000,00 EUR (four million five hundred thousand euro).
