Modernization of boiler precipitators no 2 and no 3 for EDF Polska S.A. at Rybnik Plant

The object of the contract is restoration to full technical efficiency and ensuring of the availability of electrostatic of the boilers no 2 and no 3 for EDF Polska S.A. at Rybnik Plant.
The objective should be achieved by replacement of the electrostatic, which will allow to:
— restore the installation to full technical efficiency,
— reduce the unreliability factor,
— reduce the maintenance costs,
— maintain the required installation lifetime,
— ensuring the required level of emissions before the IMOS 1 installation.
Replacement of the electrostatic shall ensure obtaining emission at the outlet of the electrostatic at a level below 30 mg/Nm3 in the range of minimum power to the maximum power (from 115 to 225 MW), assuming the primary fuel combustion. The implemented technologies shall not in any way impair the operating parameters of the blocks, their availability or merchantability of IMOS installation gypsum and fly ash.
