Warunki uczestnictwa
Minimalny poziom(y) standardów:
1. Min 10 years guarantee for all solid and construction elements (ie. main frame, mould box, cylinders etc.) + standard 2 years guarantee for all other components (non-wearable)
2. At least 3 similar (pressure/force size) products implemented in EU countries with references and option to visit and discuss with clients by Mercor (with press supplier's assist).
3. 24/7 service help desk with max 24h service on site availability.
4. Max delivery time (including commissioning and training): 10 months from the signing date of contract.
Realizacja zamówienia
Inne szczególne warunki:
Environmental Considerations:
— Final Press material preparations and colour to be prior agreed between Mercor and the press manufacturer.
Prior Delivery Inspection
— The Press to be constructed within manufacturers factory prior to delivery.
— Mercor representatives to be given the opportunity to inspect the machine and observe the press under simulated operation conditions.
Delivery
— Following the demonstration and approval the machine will be dismantled, packed and transported to the place in Poland indicated by Mercor.
Installation
— The press manufacturer will provide an installation team supervised by manufacturer's engineer to construct the press in Mercor's premises.
— Inter connecting wiring between the press electrical MCC's and Computer panels to be provided by Mercor under the supervision of the press manufacturer.
Commissioning
— The Press manufacturer to provide a commissioning engineer to commission the press and provide the specified I/O feed signals to the main process computer and demonstrate the press under operating conditions.
— Any translation requirements to Polish and to English to be provided by the press manufacturer.
The list of minimum requirements (detailed technical specification) will be shown after signing the non-disclosure agreement.
