Request for Proposal NR 1/2016/POIR for Delivery and Assembly of 2 Technological Lines for Tube Manufacturing with a Packaging Machine
Object of the contract minimal (required) technical parameters:
1. Automated tube-making line with a packaging machine to produce dia. 35mm and dia. 50mm tubes:
a. Laminate Tube Side Seaming Machine:
3- and 6-inch core chuck heads.
Automatic welding machinery allowing production of bodies with 100 tubes per minute of minimum production speed using both ABL and PBL laminates with thickness range from 250 to 400 micrometers. Machine should have possibility for making invisible body weld allowing 360° printing on 250-400 micron laminates.
Ovality control unit to control sleeve roundness within 6 %;
Automatic rotary knife for body cutting;
Body transfer unit;
Tooling sets to weld:
— Dia.35mm bodies on ABL and PBL laminates;
— Dia. 50mm bodies on ABL and PBL laminates;
b. Header with Capper:
Tube body loading interface;
Master-batch mixing and dosing unit;
Extruder for dosing PE rings;
Highly effective cooling system protecting any shoulder deformation after cap application;
Capping station with cap sorting device and cap elevator;
Unloading conveyor;
Tooling sets for:
— Dia. 35mm S13 shoulder
— Dia. 35mm M15 shoulder
— Dia. 35mm push-on shoulder
— Dia. 50mm push-on shoulder
— Flowerpot (FEZ) S13 cap
— Dia. 35mm Full-Dia M15 cap
— Dia. 35mm Flip-Top push-on cap
— Dia. 50mm Flip-Top push-on cap
— Orifice pins for 2,0mm, 5,0mm and 7,7mm for M15 and S13 shoulders.
c. Packing Machine:
Automatic packing machinery (allowing packing tubes into boxes);
Tooling sets necessary to pack dia35 and dia50 tubes.
d. Machine Accessories:
Top Seal Unit with set of tools to apply PET metallized membrane on S13 and M15 threads;
Set of additional top seal punching parts (Alu/Surlyn and metalised PBL);
Push-on caps orientation device;
Set of quick changeover tools;
Integrated UV-mark detection system (with possibility to change number of ejected bodies after mark detection).
e. Set of Recommended Spare Parts.
