1. Double-deck screen for glass

— Length of the screening deck: 4.7 m

— Width of the screening deck: 1.3 m

— Screen with double-frequency movement

— Screening to the particle sizes: 0-3 mm, 3-45 mm, >45 mm

— Maximum throughput 30 t/h of wet input material, cull with impurities such as film bags, PET bottles, stones, ceramics, porcelain of particle size 0-150 mm

— Upper deck, screening combs or polyurethane mats

— Lower deck, flip-flow with polyurethane mats

— Acceleration on the lower deck above 10 G

— Isolation from the steel structure using steel springs

— Double-deck screen for glass

— Length of the screening deck: 5.7 m

— Possibility of screening 3-4 fractions. Option no 1: 0-10 mm, 10-25 mm, >25 mm.

Option no: 0-10 mm, 10-20 mm, 20-30 mm, >30 mm

— Maximum throughput 30 t/h of dry input material, cull with impurities such as: stones, ceramics, porcelain of particle sizes 0-60 mm

2. Vibrating chute — 2 pieces

— Working width: 1.2 m

— Working length: 2.4 m

— Base for vibrating chute; fixing to the hopper

— The Surface contacting with the cull lined with wear-resistant steel sheets of the following parameters: alloy components: C, Cr, hardness: 57-62HRC, content of carbides:>30 %, max. working temperature of the coat: 350°C

3. Aluminium separator with the separator of non-iron metals placed directly over the aluminium separator belt

— Working width of the aluminium separator: 1 300 mm

— Working length: 2 000 mm

— Capacity: 25 t/h

— Electric cabinet for aluminium separator control

— Working width of the non-iron metal separator: 500 mm

— Working length: 1 800 mm

— Support structure for the non-iron metal separator

— Non-iron metals output chute situated on the left side in relations to the direction of the input material movement

— Rotor jacket clad with ceramic tiles protecting the rotor against damage

— Movement sensor signalling belt failure

— Vibrating chute feeding the material to the separator belt; chute width adjusted to the working width of the separator

— Working length 2500 mm, front part of the vibrating chute (the place where glass is falling from the belt conveyor) clad with wear-resistant steel sheets of the following parameters: alloy components: C, Cr, hardness: 57-62HRC, content of carbides:>30 %, max working temperature of the coat: 350°C.
