European Commission Regional Representation (ECRR) in Wroclaw is launching an open procedure for the provision of information and communication services of the ‘Information Point (Info-Point)’. We are seeking a qualified service provider to carry out services such as running a walk-in center, answering citizens’ inquiries, organising European lessons and webinars, assisting in the organisation of events and suggesting actions to promote services of the Info-Point in Wrocław. In addition to its existing mission of establishing direct contact with the general public and satisfying their information needs on the spot, the Info-Point will be assigned a more prominent role and wider responsibility in supporting the ECRR's efforts to communicate political priorities of the Commission and organising events for key national, regional and local interest groups and multipliers. The contractor will be obliged to distribute publications and information materials to citizens and institutions.

Europa-Kommissionens regionale repræsentation (ECRR — European Commission Regional Representation) i Wroclaw iværksætter et offentligt udbud vedrørende levering af informations- og kommunikationstjenester til informationspunktet »Info-Point«. Vi søger en kvalificeret tjenesteyder til at udføre tjenesteydelser som f.eks. at lede et center til tilfældigt besøgende, besvare borgernes forespørgsler, tilrettelægge europæiske undervisningsforløb og webinarer, bistå med tilrettelæggelsen af arrangementer og foreslå aktiviteter til fremme af Info-Points tjenester i Wroclaw. Ud over sin nuværende opgave med at etablere direkte kontakt med offentligheden og opfylde borgernes informationsbehov på stedet vil Info-Point få tildelt en mere fremtrædende rolle og et større ansvar for at støtte ECCR's bestræbelser på at viderekommunikere Kommissionens politiske prioriteter og tilrettelægge arrangementer for centrale nationale, regionale og lokale interessegrupper og oplysningsspredningstjenester. Kontrahenten vil være forpligtet til at distribuere publikationer og informationsmateriale til borgere og institutioner.
