Before selecting the most advantageous tender, the Contracting Authority shall call upon the Contractor whose tender was awarded the highest evaluation score to submit, within a time limit no shorter than 10 days, the following contractor-related evidence confirming that there are no grounds for excluding the Contractor from participation in the procedure, up-to-date as at the date of submitting the tender:
1) information from the National Criminal Register as regards: Article 108 section 1 item 1 and 2 of the PPL Act and Article 108 section 1 item 4 of the PPL Act, concerning an order for prohibition on applying for a public procurement contract as a criminal measure, issued no earlier than 6 months before its submission,

Dokładne informacje na temat terminu (terminów) procedur odwoławczych:
1. Appeal deadlines are specified in Article 515 of the PPL Act. In the case of contracts whose value is equal to or does not exceed EU thresholds, this deadline shall be:
1) within 10 days of forwarding the information on the Contracting Authority’s actions constituting basis for making an appeal provided this information has been forwarded via electronic means of communication; or
2) within 15 days of forwarding the information on the Contracting Authority’s actions constituting basis for making an appeal provided this information has been forwarded in a manner other than that specified in subpoint 1).
2. An appeal against the content of the announcement initiating the contract award procedure or against the content of public procurement documents shall be made: within 10 days of the publication of the announcement in the EU Official Journal or placement of public procurement documents on the website.
3. In the cases other than those specified above in item 1 and 2, an appeal shall be made: within 10 days of the day on which the circumstances giving rise to the appeal became known or could have become known with due diligence, in the case of contracts whose value is equal to or exceeds the EU thresholds.
4. If the Contracting Authority has not made a notice on the intention to conclude an agreement or, despite such an obligation, has failed to send the Contractor a notice on the selection of the most advantageous tender, an appeal shall be made no later than:
1) within 30 days of the publication of the notice on contract award in the EU Official Journal,
2) within 6 days of the date of the conclusion of the agreement provided the Contracting Authority has not published the announcement on contract award in the EU Official Journal.
5. A complaint to the court may be lodged against the ruling of the National Appeal Chamber and the decision of the President of the National Appeal Chamber referred to in Article 519 section 1 of the Act by the parties and participants of the appeal proceedings.
