The purchase of the section, construction, transfer and initial purification of the cullet:

1) Belt conveyors; 2) Belt scale with the tensioning station 2pcs; 3) Initial purification chamber 1 pcs; 4) Bucket conveyors 2 pcs; 5) Control cabin 1 pc.; 6) Cabin for compressors 1pc; 7) Steel structure weight 315 000 kg; 8) Hoppers cladded with 6mm sheets and lined with wear-resistant sheets, surface area 270 m2; 9) Sucking section with piping cladded with wear-resistant sheets; 10) Assembly of the technological line of total weight to 445 tons.

Warunki uczestnictwa
Zdolności techniczne i zawodowe:

— Experience in manufacturing of equipment and assembly of glass recycling lines — documented manufacturing and assembly in at least two facilities during the last 3 years

— Experience in production of hoppers lined with wear-resistant sheets of the given parameters (Alloy components: C, Cr, alloy hardness: 57-62HRC, content of carbides: >30 %, max operation temperature of the lining: 350°C) — documented the production of 2 hoppers during the last 3 years,

— experience in production and assembly of belt conveyors and bucket conveyors,- production and assembly of at least 10 belt conveyors and at least 2 bucket conveyors during the last 3 years;

— Experience in production of dust cyclones including piping — documented productions of at least two dust cyclones during the last 3 years.

Warunki realizacji zamówienia:

The bidder does not foresee the payment of a deposit but will instead pay a series of partial payments, each payment after stage of work is completed.
